Fiber Optic Technology uses fiber optic transceivers to transmit video, data and control signals. They interface with devices using Ethernet and RS-485 protocol. Fiber optic transceivers are also available for both multimode and single mode fiber applications, as well as in stand-alone and rack mount options.
