Mike Viscuso, President, began his career in the security Industry in 1976 as a Security technician.  After gaining expertise in the field he started his own business called Counter Intelligence in 1980.  After three successful years Counter Intelligence was incorporated and renamed Nationwide Security Corporation.  Mike Viscuso leads the company and is dedicated to initiating new business.   As a leader he also spends much of his time integrating unique system designs for clients.  He holds a L6 contractor’s license, #105668.  Mike is Lenel certified in access and digital video and holds various certifications: Nice, Galaxy, Northern Computers, Lenel, ONSSI, Avigilon.

Through Mike’s experience Nationwide Security has earned a: Certificate of Good Standing” with the State of Connecticut’s apprenticeship Program.  Nationwide Security Corp also has a “Certificate of Compliance” with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL). Mike Viscuso is also a member in “Good Standing” with National Fire Protection Association known as NFPA.

Al Brigante- Project Manager, Al Brigante joined Nationwide Security in 1986, a graduate and Alumni of Notre Dame High School he furthered his education by attending DeVry Institute of Technology formerly Ohio Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in computers. Al began his career in the marketing department of the company where he then realized he would be more valuable in the design and installation of projects. With Als background in computers and the company moving toward integration of access control and intrusion Al was a perfect fit. Al began programming access control systems and integrating intrusion to meet clients needs and in no time began running his own crew for many years. He has now moved more into project management side of projects where he is directly involved maintaining accurate scheduling of larger projects until completed. All site Forman’s report directly to Al with progress and or issues they may arise. Although Al is not in the field as much, he visits every ongoing job and assures completion of all projects.

Jim Ulatoski, Systems Designer, Job Management, Purchasing
, has twenty seven years experience in the security industry. He has had many titles which include the following:  Installer,  AutoCad Security Systems Designer, Purchasing/Inventory Manager, Back-up Service Department Dispatch, Customer Service, Job Management, and Accounts Receivable Manager.

As AutoCad Operator, he is knowledgeable in AutoCad and AutoCad LT, along with many other drawing programs. He is responsible for updating security plans, adding security devices to prints, drawing wiring diagrams and schematics. He will always try to make drawings for the customer with their specifications. He also is involved with the As-Built drawings and the Operation & Maintenance manuals.

As  Job Management Supervisor, he is in charge of setting up jobs in the computer, job costing, keeping track of inventory for a job, and billing the customer. He is also the equipment and stock purchaser and keeps track of inventory for the company.

Jim has a  great work attitude and customer service knowledge which is very beneficial to Nationwide Security Corporation.

Rick Mut, Sales Representative, began working for Nationwide Security Corp in 2005.   He began his career in customer service and service manager, which led to sales in 2008.  His daily responsibilities, at this time, include maintaining existing customer needs and obtaining new customers.  Rick has Associates Degree in Finance beginning at Manhattan College and transferring to SCSU in 2007. He has completed the Dale Carnegie ‘How to Sell like a Pro’ training course in 2009 and basic sales seminars held by manufactures in the industry throughout the Northeast. He also attended and completed the ‘How to Communicate with Tack and Professionalism’ seminar held by Career Track in 2009.  Rick is Panasonic I-Pro Certified and experienced and knowledgeable to promote and sell many manufactured products.

Donna M. Nobile, Office/Accounting Manager, Service Manager has twenty five years experience in the security and telecommunications industry.  Through the years she has worn many hats which include the following positions: Accounts Payable/Receivables Manager, Collections Manager, Inventory Control and Warehouse Manager, Purchasing Manager, Fleet Manager, Building Facilities Manager, Sales Quoting System Manager and  Record Retention Manager. She has been dedicated to this industry gaining experience and knowledge through each of her job titles and all the responsibilities they entailed.

Here at Nationwide Security Corporation, she is responsible for maintaining our Customer Base which includes all customer files in our Sedona computer software system.  Donna handles all the Accounts Payable/Receivable and Collections for the company. Donna also handles the Service Department scheduling and the dispatching of technicians for all service related issues. With Donnas’ vast knowledge of the industry she has put new policies and procedures into place that has stream lined the organization. She has organized the processes we take in executing and closing a sale, providing service to our customers, controlling inventory and employee compensation and benefit packages.

Donna’s customer service experience is professional and unparalleled – working well with customers to resolve issues and retain their business in the most timely and effective manner.

Andrea Viscuso, Sales Representative, Marketing, is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University class of 2007.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  Andrea has also completed the Dale Carnegie ‘How To Sell Like A Pro’ training course in 2009.  Her responsibilities include marketing Nationwide Security Corporation to the community and generating new business for the company.  Her main focus in sales is small commercial and residential, as well as the MediPendant Personal Emergency Response System (PERS).
